Tiffany C. Rush, On Point for College’s Program Director has over 20 years of professional experience working with students. The majority of that time has been devoted to the academic, personal, social, and career development of post-secondary students. Ms. Rush served as the Collegiate Science and Technology Entry Program (CSTEP) academic advisor, coordinator, and counselor at Syracuse University and Onondaga Community College. She has also served as a Multicultural Affairs Advisor for student access, support and success services at SUNY Environmental Science and Forestry; where she also coordinated, facilitated and presented at numerous summits and conferences. Tiffany joined On Point in 2009 as a College Access Advisor and was promoted to her current position in 2012. She oversees the day-to-day operations for On Point’s Access, Success and Re-enrollment Programs including training, supervision and monitoring program goals and outcomes.
Ms. Rush also worked in the private sector as a Diversity Analyst. She is a graduate of Syracuse University. In addition to her broad professional experience Ms. Rush as participated in many community initiatives such as Sisters Empowering Sisters Youth Conference during its inception, Southside Community Coalition as a volunteer, an advisory board member of Beauchamp Branch Library to name a few. Among her professional associations, she has been an Advisor for the National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women’s Clubs, Inc, and is a 2014 member of Leadership Greater Syracuse. She has a long-standing relationship with the Image Initiative, Inc. serving as one of the original team members and now as an Executive Board Member.
