Conference
2006 marked the expansion of the Sisters Empowering Sisters Annual Conference and new signature timeframe: Women’s History Month.
The theme of the 2nd Sisters Empowering Sisters Annual Conference was “Health, Wellness and Wholeness” on various levels. Some conference highlights included workshops on African dance, Yoga and HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention.
